bat week was awesome!! we wrapped up our session with a project with the help of the NPCA and Land Care Niagara! Our kids have made 45 bat boxes to be hung at restoration sites across Niagara Region! We were also chosen by Carolinian Canada as Pawpaw Parade hosts. Together with The Friends of Richmond Street Forest and Carla Carlson’s Niagara Nature Tours we have brought 49 more Pawpaw trees into the Niagara Region. Great work Herons and a BIG thank you to all our community partners!!
