The Green Herons

its been a while but these creatures know where to come when they need a hand….meet SueMax.

it appears he got stuck in the elements Thurs night – at first we thought he might have a virus as his behavior was strange but it seems he was just asking for a little help.

he made his way up the yard with his frozen feet and tail. he refused our first blanket but once he was comfy cuddled right into the second one…sunday night we had a healthy raccoon visitor come and sit with him for a while which was VERY cool. 

by Monday he had moved out into the sun – all thawed out!! still not eating but much more alert. 

Tuesday morning he had moved on. GOOD LUCK SUEMAX!
